What you are buying, and what it can’t do.

You are buying one computed 90-day fitness plan for ₹99. Unhappy within 7 days? We refund, no argument. This is general fitness guidance, not medical advice; nothing here is a guaranteed outcome; and you must be 18 or older.
What ifit90 is
ifit90 computes a 90-day fitness plan from eleven answers: metrics (BMI, BMR, maintenance and target calories, protein, fats, carbohydrates, water, steps), a list of problems your answers predict, a twelve-week training programme, an Indian meal template, recovery targets, and ninety dated calendar days with an .ics export. A language model writes the explanation; it is not allowed to invent a number the engine did not produce.
Not medical advice
ifit90 is not a doctor, dietitian, physiotherapist or medical device. Nothing on this site diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any condition. The plan is general fitness and nutrition guidance computed from what you told us. If you have a medical condition, are on medication, are recovering from an injury or surgery, or have any doubt at all, speak to a qualified clinician before you start, and take the plan with you.
Where your answers include a condition — diabetes, high blood pressure, PCOS, thyroid — the report attaches a clinician note and the engine caps the calorie deficit. That note is a prompt to involve your doctor, not a substitute for one.
Exercise carries risk. Stop and seek help if you feel chest pain, breathlessness out of proportion to the effort, dizziness, or sharp joint pain. You train at your own risk.
No guaranteed outcomes
The projection in your report is arithmetic, not a promise: it converts a calorie balance into a weight range at roughly 7,700 kcal per kilogram and shows a low-adherence and a full-adherence figure. Real bodies vary with adherence, sleep, stress, medication, water and measurement error. We never claim a specific result, a timeline, or a body shape, and any page that appears to is a bug — tell us.
Eligibility, and who we refuse
You must be 18 or older to buy a plan. The intake refuses, before payment, when:
- you are under 18;
- you are pregnant or recently postpartum;
- your BMI is below 17;
- your answers signal disordered eating, such as a goal weight below BMI 17 or a request to lose an unsafe amount in a short window.
In those cases we show a doctor referral instead of a plan and you are not charged. This is not negotiable and cannot be worked around by changing an answer; please don’t try.
Price
₹99 for one plan, one time, paid by Razorpay. The list price is ₹199; ₹99 is the launch price and the page shows which is in effect. There is no subscription, no auto-renewal and no stored card. Prices in India are in Indian rupees and include any applicable tax.
Outside India, the checkout offers a currency toggle: pay $5 by PayPal instead of ₹99 by Razorpay. It is the same plan — the toggle only picks which payment rail and price applies to your card or PayPal account, never your location alone.
Refunds
If you paid and are unhappy, write to support@ifit90.in within 7 days of purchase with your report link. We refund ₹99 (or $5 if you paid by PayPal) to the original payment method without an argument. Refunds are processed through the payment gateway and typically land in 5–7 working days.
If a report fails to generate we regenerate it; if it cannot be generated we refund it without being asked. If the safety gate blocks your intake, no payment was taken.
Your report link
Your report lives at an unguessable private URL and is marked noindex. Anyone with the link can read it, so treat it like a password. We can email it back to the address used at checkout. Tracker and habit entries you make inside the report are saved in that browser only — clearing site data erases them, and they do not follow you to another device.
Acceptable use
The plan is for your own use. Don’t resell it, don’t republish it as your own coaching product, and don’t scrape the free tools or the food and exercise pages in bulk. You may print your report, share it with your doctor or trainer, and keep it forever.
Availability
This is a small independent product. We aim to keep it up and to keep your report reachable, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. If generation is degraded, the report page says so plainly and we retry or refund; we never ship a fabricated plan to fill a gap.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected to ifit90 is limited to the amount you paid us — ₹99. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Privacy
What we collect and how to have it deleted is set out in the privacy note. In short: only what the engine needs, never sold, deleted on request.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at the operator’s place of business have jurisdiction. If any clause is unenforceable, the rest stands.
