Full body 2x (no equipment, beginner)
Full body 2x (no equipment, beginner) is a 2-day-a-week template for no equipment (bodyweight only), built for beginner lifters. Each session runs about 35 minutes and fits general fitness, fat loss, recomposition goals. Across 2 session types and 12 exercise slots, a real run of this template pulls in movements like Bodyweight squat, Bench dip, Hip hinge drill (dowel), Inverted row (table / bar).
The 12-week structure runs three 4-week phases — Base, then Build, then Peak — with a deload in week 12. Progression is double progression: work up the rep range first, then add load. It also carries 25 minutes of walk on 4 days a week.
